Meredith A. Munro brings to King & Greisen over twenty years of experience practicing law in a variety of settings, from the government to private sector. Her practice now focuses on plaintiffs’ employment and civil rights law, both at the trial level and appellate level.
She graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, San Francisco, California, Order of the Coif, with numerous honors, and served as Senior Executive on the Hastings Law Journal. Prior to that, she graduated from Rice University, majoring in Economics and English.
After law school, Ms. Munro clerked on the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. She then practiced law at a number of private firms before joining the United States Securities and Exchange Commission as an Enforcement Attorney. She joins King & Greisen with a unique perspective and fervor to fight on behalf of plaintiffs whose rights have been violated.
Ms. Munro’s published works include: Co-Author, Securities Law, National Law Journal, August 7, 1995; and Author, Note, Deregulation of the Practice of Law: Panacea or Placebo, 42 Hastings Law Journal 203, 1990.
Ms. Munro serves on the Board of Directors of Colorado Legal Services and is a member of the Colorado State Bar Association and the Denver Bar Association.
